1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting Stardust to a Discord server or using its web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use Stardust.
2. Use of Service
Stardust is provided as a free service for Discord communities. You agree to:
- Use the service only in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the bot or its backend
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not use the bot to harass, harm, or spam other users
3. Data
Stardust stores only the data needed to operate its features — server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and per-user economy and XP data. We do not permanently store message content. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Availability
Stardust is provided on an "as-is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or infrastructure reasons.
5. Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of major changes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Stardust for any user or server that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the service or its users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stardust and its developers are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
