Check the status page first. If the bot is online, verify that Stardust has permission to send messages in the channel, and that its role is higher than any target's role for moderation commands.
The backend runs on Render's free tier, which sleeps after a period of inactivity. Wait 30 seconds and click retry — the server will wake up. During periods when the free-tier hours are exhausted, the backend may be offline until the next billing cycle.
Ensure cookies are enabled for both the site domain and the backend domain. Try logging out and logging in again — this regenerates your session cookie.
Server Settings → Integrations → Stardust → Remove. All server-specific configuration is deleted within 30 days.
