By accessing or using Stardust Trader (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Stardust Trader is a paper-trading simulator designed for educational and practice purposes. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or financial institution of any kind.
You acknowledge that your simulated results do not represent, and cannot be relied upon as evidence of, your likely performance in real markets.
Nothing in the App — including charts, indicators, "Trade Review" insights, "Learning Center" content, or any other feature — constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
All content is provided for general educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any information provided by the App. Before making any real investment decision, you should consult a licensed financial adviser in your jurisdiction.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact us using the details in Section 15.

Prices, charts, and market data within the App are generated by an internal simulation engine. They are designed to look plausible for educational purposes but are not real market data.
All content, design, code, text, graphics, and branding within the App are owned by or licensed to Stardust Trader and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written permission.
The App relies on third-party services including Firebase (Authentication and Firestore), Font Awesome, and Lightweight Charts. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stardust Trader and its operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
This includes, without limitation, any decisions made by you based on information, simulated results, or educational content within the App. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account from within the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
