Stardust Trader ("we", "us", "the App") is an educational paper-trading platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the App. By using Stardust Trader, you agree to the practices described here.
Because Stardust Trader is a simulation, the scope of data we handle is intentionally minimal. We do not collect payment information, banking details, or any real financial account data — because none of that is ever required to use the App.

Stardust Trader relies on the following third-party services to function:
Firebase processes data on Google Cloud infrastructure. Google's privacy practices apply to the underlying infrastructure. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Each user's data is isolated under their own authenticated user ID, and access is restricted so that one user cannot read another user's data.
We use Firebase Authentication for sign-in. Passwords are never stored in our database — they are handled entirely by Firebase Authentication using industry-standard secure hashing.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we follow reasonable practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not reuse a real banking password for this App.
Stardust Trader never processes real money. Specifically:
Because there are no real financial transactions, we never collect or store payment credentials of any kind.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Data is only processed by the third-party services listed in Section 04, strictly to operate the App.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the safety and rights of users or the public.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (such as data portability or the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority). To exercise any such right, contact us using the details in Section 11.
Stardust Trader is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
