By using Ring For Me ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ring For Me.
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

3. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

You agree to use the App responsibly and respectfully:

Be Kind: Treat all users with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or bullying will not be tolerated.
Be Authentic: Provide accurate profile information. Impersonation is prohibited.
Be Safe: Do not share personal contact information (phone, address, financial details) with other users.
No Spam: Do not spam or abuse the ring feature.
No Harmful Content: Do not post or share content that is offensive, illegal, or harmful.
Respect Privacy: Do not misuse other users' information shared through the App.

⚠️ Violations: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

4. App Features

Proximity Radar: Shows nearby users within your selected radius.
Ring Feature: Send a ring to another user to express interest.
Mutual Ring: When both users ring each other, it's a match!
Alarm History: View your ring history and mutual connections.
Ghost Mode: Hide your location from other users.
Profile Customization: Edit your profile, bio, vibe tags, and more.

5. Location & Permissions

The App requires location permissions to function properly and show nearby users.
You can enable/disable location sharing at any time via device settings or Ghost Mode.
We do not store your location history — only your current location is shared with nearby users.
Optional permissions include notifications and audio for ring alerts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the property of Ring For Me and protected by copyright laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile info, bio, etc.).
You grant us a license to use your content to operate and improve the App.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Termination of Service

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your data will be removed from our systems as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We are not responsible for any interactions between users or content shared through the App.
Use the App at your own risk and always exercise caution when connecting with others.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ring For Me is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the App.
