Rules of the Canvas

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stardust Canvas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Stardust Canvas.
• By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental/guardian consent.

3 Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4 User Conduct & Content

• You retain full ownership of the content you post (images, descriptions, comments).
• By posting content, you grant StardustCanvas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit material.
• You may not upload malware, viruses, or any code that could harm the platform.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5 Intellectual Property

• The Stardust Canvas brand, logo, design, code, and trademarks are the exclusive property of StardustOfficial.
• You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.
• All user-generated content remains the property of the respective user.

6 Premium Features (Nitro)

• Premium features (themes, fonts, frames, custom backgrounds) are offered as a paid membership.
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue premium features at any time.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
• Premium access is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or degrades platform performance.
• Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Spamming, phishing, or distributing unsolicited communications.

8 Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time via the app settings — this will permanently remove your data.
• Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases immediately.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

Stardust Canvas is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use the service at your own risk.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StardustOfficial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StardustOfficial and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

12 Third-Party Links & Services

• Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.
• We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.
• Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
