Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Stardust platform, application, or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Stardust, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

2. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and system-generated UID secure.
You are solely responsible for all activities, content publications, and communication packets transmitted under your account.
Stardust reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies or attempt security bypasses.

3. User Content & Conduct Rules

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text content you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Stardust a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that media within the app. You agree NOT to upload content that:

Is illegal, hateful, violent, harassing, or sexually explicit.
Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of third parties.
Contains malicious code, scripts, or viruses designed to disrupt Firebase, ImgBB, Cloudinary, or PeerJS signaling operations.

4. Media Hosting & Infrastructure Limits

Photos uploaded to Stardust are processed via ImgBB, and videos/reels are delivered via Cloudinary. Stardust reserves the right to remove or moderate media that breaches storage policies or bandwidth/content guidelines enforced by our hosting providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stardust is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform uptime, real-time calling reliability, or error-free media playback.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued usage of Stardust following any updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
